How to Start a Return

- Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where appropriate, we will offer one of the following:

- A full refund.
- A partial refund.
We may request photographs to help assess the issue.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original delivery charges may only be refunded where required by applicable UK consumer law.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
- For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise stated.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
